3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Grant necessary access to advertising accounts and platforms
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Comply with Meta's advertising policies and guidelines
• Maintain adequate advertising budget as agreed upon
• Review and approve content before publication when requested

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual client agreements. General terms include:

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Ad spend is the client's responsibility and paid directly to Meta

5. Results and Performance

While we strive to achieve the best possible results for our clients:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Advertising performance depends on many factors beyond our control
• We do not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS, or lead generation numbers
• Results may vary based on industry, competition, and market conditions
• Success requires collaboration and timely client participation

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

Client Property

Work Product

Unless otherwise specified in your agreement, ad creatives and campaign strategies developed for your account become your property upon full payment.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during our engagement. This includes:

• Account data and performance metrics
• Business strategies and proprietary methods
• Financial information
• Client lists and customer data

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our business relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for platform changes, account suspensions, or policy violations outside our control
• We are not liable for business decisions made based on our recommendations

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the client agreement. Upon termination:

• Access to accounts will be transferred back to the client
• Outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Work completed up to termination date is subject to payment

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muaaz Kashif from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Content you provide that infringes on others' rights
• Your advertising content and claims

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• Subject to mediation if negotiation fails
• Governed by the laws of Pakistan
• Resolved in courts located in Pakistan if legal action is necessary
